This includes the charter of extending HCL’s thought leadership in IoT-led digital transformation, creating and nurturing the market space, establishing and driving the overall BU growth strategy, building the GTM plan with the alliance and partner ecosystems, launching products and solutions, and managing BU P&L across all verticals globally. With over two decades of experience in management consulting, outsourcing, and several core industry verticals, Sukant brings a 360-degree perspective to help global organizations navigate and lead the digital wave.  

Sridhar Negamanthan, the CoE & Partnership Head at IoT WoRKS^TM, is a high-performing and high energy individual. Siva brings in two decades of experience in building Engineering / R&D organizations, Technology Innovation Centres in Information and Communication Technologies domain; with deep expertise in Global Delivery, Product Life Cycle Management and Market Development for emerging technology solutions. Siva is a member of various industry bodies and is a prolific speaker at technology forums.

Justin Beltramo, CoE Lead at IoT WoRKS^TM in the Manufacturing vertical, disrupts traditional thinking. He leads both local and global transformations by shaping IoT strategy and solutions. A strategist and an inspirational leader with more than 20 years of experience, Justin designs and implements transformation with ease.

Rohit Ahlawat leads IoT WoRKS^TM Business Development for Life Sciences & Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Transportation & Logistics, Energy and Emerging Verticals. He brings with him a rich experience of business development, program management & global delivery of IT consulting & software services. He incessantly drives collaborative business growth in the new IoT ecosystem opportunity. In his previous role as a head of the ERS product management team, his focus areas included ERS solutions in analytics, test, devices and platforms space. Rohit has more than 10 years of experience across sales, pre-sales, and product management.

An industry veteran in the manufacturing and energy & utilities domains, his experience spans across sourcing advisory engagements and capability assessments of technology providers – having spent several years in management consulting.
